"No doubt this is a beautiful bag. It is a great size and has a roomy front pocket and open pockets inside. It has a laptop sleeve that offers very little protection. I purchased this as a teacher’s bag. I do not feel this will offer much protection to my laptop and I will have to prop it up so my books do not spill out."
"Didn't receive my item. Fedex was stupid and wouldn't deliver it - even though they are in my building every day. 3rd party shipping service stinks and wouldn't tell me until I insisted and it was too late who had my package. Also YOU wouldn't resend me my bag. Horrible customer service."
"I was so looking forward to this tote. The fabric cut was not ideal, the pattern didn’t look as nice as I’d hoped. And as for the “padded” laptop pocket… there is really no padding to speak of. I could compare the quality to a grocery store reusable bag for a fraction of the cost. Last time I buy this brand."
"Online the bag seemed bigger and sturdier. The thickness of the material is same as an everyday nylon bag. The price vs the actual product was to high. I am disappointed. I love Legos so I'll keep it just because it's limited edition."
