Not like it used to be
"I have bought exclusively Herschel for years. I loved their backpacks, wallets, and travel bags. BUT the quality is different now and it's EXTREMELY disappointing. This model isn't bad but I hate that they took away the old classic model. I miss the little pocket at the top where I could easily put my keys, I hate the mesh on the front so everyone can see what I have in my bag, I miss the organization pouch in the smaller front pocket, and WORSE of all is the laptop pouch. It is thin, plastic feeling, and weak. The backpack pouch was a huge plus for the old model. I had purchased a different model (one that looked like the classis model) before the Kaine backpack and it was AWFUL. I would give it 0 stars, the Kaine at least has some padding and it's big with strong zippers."
