"Le sac est très bien, le problème c'est le service après vente. J'ai commandé un sac en prévision de la rentrée scolaire. J'ai passé ma commande le 2 août et j'ai finalement reçu mon sac le 23 août ! J'ai dû contacter le service à la clientèle plusieurs fois,, on me répétait les mêmes choses et on voulait me faire attendre encore. Un delai de 3 semaines pour recevoir un sac à l'intérieur du même pays, c'est beaucoup trop long. Je ne rachèterai plus de cette compagnie, à moins de trouver l'objet en magasin."
