Missing items in order

"The tag itself is fine but the order process not so much. I ordered 5 of these. 4 arrived, and trying to get it resolved. I’ve had to go so far as pull the packaging out of the trash and take a picture of the package to confirm I didn’t have any additional tag. The picture was at the request of Herschel, which was a strange request. Continues to be unresolved. I would hesitate before ordering online here."

Luggage Tag

"I bought this tag to complement my luggage from Herschel. It is a fashionable design. Really hoping to see how well it holds up. I’m optimistic."
