"The handle to use while walking does not fully extend. Wrote a warranty inquiry and still have yet to have someone reach back to me about my concern. They make good products but this one just might be off. Still waiting to hear back on my warranty submission."
"The size looks great and I like the hard shell. My last one lasted a long time and many trips so I’m looking forward to using this one"
"The pro: the suitcase looks good. The con: it’s nearly impossible to use. The handle will randomly jam, preventing it from being extended to its full height. This means I have to hunch over to even roll the suitcase, which is incredibly uncomfortable on a long walk through an airport. This can be ameliorated somewhat by pre extending the handle before you pack, but if you have to put the handle back down to check a bag, good luck. The ability to transport is the most basic feature of a suitcase and this suitcase fails that. Wildly disappointing for the price and I’m frustrated I went with aesthetics over function. I will be purchasing another suitcase that is more reliable. It’s too bad I wasted over $200 to learn this lesson."
"I have still not received my order it’s now five days past the original delivery date!! The customer service is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! They want me to keep waiting for an update status when I have a trip in a week! They won’t refund me and keeps telling me to wait! Horrible!!!!!!"
