Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our bags, hardshell luggage and accessories with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our warranty guarantees that every Herschel Supply product is free of material and manufacturing defects.

Subject to applicable laws, the Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer. If you purchased your products from an unauthorized retailer, the warranty is immediately void.

Our Softshell Luggage and Apparel Limited Warranty is valid for five years.

Our warranty covers:
Functional damage to materials, handles, wheels or zippers that impairs use of the product.

Our warranty does not cover:
Product modifications, accidents, theft or normal wear and tear.

30 Day Return Policy

• • Returned items must be unused and unwashed with the original tags attached.

100 Day Return Policy

• • Not quite right for you? No problem — Our 100 Day Trial policy gives you time to make sure it’s perfect for all the trips you’re taking.
• • Returned items must be unused with the original tags attached.
• • Our 100 Day Trial policy is void if your luggage has been used in transit.
• • *This policy only applies to our range of Herschel Heritage™ Hardshell Luggage.

Return Fees

• • We only provide free return shipping for exchanges and store credit refunds.
• • If you’re returning an item for a refund, a $5 return fee will be deducted from the cost of your refunded total.
• • To help get you started on your return, we include a return shipping label with every order.
• • All items must be returned unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
• • Once returned, the condition of the product is left to the discretion of Herschel Supply.
• • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
