worst costumer service ever! Amazon is better than you guys!

"I request to assist me returning my other order with them but everyday they will keep sending response and dont address the issue, I’ve told them that the return process wont allow me get trough and I wasnt able to get confirmation that it has accepted my request for return. so I agreed for them to initiate the return they only did it on one item and leave the other item which is so frustrating since i already ordered another set of those."

Liner Rips Easy

Bad customer service

"I ordered my daughter a backpack and lunch box, was told it was delivered in our mailbox. I reached out that day, saying it never showed up. Someone got back to me and said it would take 3 extra days to get to my house. I waited 5 days before contacting them again, with no luck. I have emailed customer service over 10 times, I call the customer service support like multiple times a day, every day just trying to get my refund, the call never goes through because of their influx of calls. All I want is my refund, do not buy from this company."
