Disappointed with just one flight
"We purchased this bag as our 4th in a set and were extremely disappointed when we arrived at our destination via air and the zipper had burst open and our clothing was gathered in a plastic bag by airport workers. The bag was not over stuffed (we had 4 checked bags and plenty of room). We were able to reset the one zipper but will not be able to open the bag in the other direction. Very disappointed for how expensive these suitcases are."
