"I have the older version of this carry on luggage in Ash Rose. It’s the best luggage I’ve ever owned. Since my last review, this thing has travelled across Canada, Europe, USA and Mexico. I’ve also checked the bag several times and it is still solid! No dents! Some minor scuff marks which came out with a magic eraser. It is so durable and reliable. It’s also adorable and gives me joy when travelling with it. My partner has the black one (older version) and he loves it too."

Zero stars for customer service

"Purchased this suitcase, returned it because it was too small and felt cheap for the price. Got an email back from Customer Service that my return was rejected. Zero explanation other than quoting their facts page. Multiple emails, sat on wait for over an hour (in 10 min increments because they won’t let you sit on hold for longer) still haven’t gotten any answers on how to get a refund, or get the suitcase back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM go somewhere else. Worst customer experience I have ever had."

My favourite little luggage

"I have the previous version of this carry on in Ash Rose colour. I’ve had it for 4 years and it’s my little travel companion. It’s been on numerous international trips with me on Air Canada. I’ve also checked this bag a few times now and it is holding up nicely! Durability is excellent. This luggage is so cute and I absolutely love it. I also have the matching organizers and luggage tag. Thank you for such a great product."
