Kids Minecraft

"Kids size was the way to go, even for my tall 5yr old. I didn’t want it to look too big for him and this was the perfect size. He’s in Kindergarten and all we really need is for it to be able to fit a folder inside."

Extremely frustrated at their customer service

"I ordered my daughter a backpack and lunch box, was told it was delivered in our mailbox. I reached out that day, saying it never showed up. Someone got back to me and said it would take 3 extra days to get to my house. I waited 5 days before contacting them again, with no luck. I have emailed customer service over 10 times, I call the customer service support like multiple times a day, every day just trying to get my refund, the call never goes through because of their influx of calls. All I want is my refund, do not buy from this company."
