"Pros: - Modern design, the colour is fully black (even the magnets) - Water resistant. Wore this on a rainy day and my stuff didn't get wet - Roomy, bag is large enough to fit a laptop, books, lunch, and personal belongings - Has side water bottle pockets with drainage holes at the bottom Cons: - Like the other reviews mention, the magnets could be stronger. They unsnap when I take the bag off my shoulders, especially when it's half to fully packed - The metal buckle on the straps are painted black and unfortunately, the paint chips off over time The bag was delivered to Toronto, Canada in 3-4 business days. I had no issues with shipping."
snaps don't stay shut - customer service is AWFUL
"The snaps on this backpack are weak and don't stay shut. don't buy it. Worse was my experience with customer service. I spent 45 minutes trying to get them to refund the $5 return processing fee because the backpack is faulty, and they made me jump through hoops first sending a photo, then a video, and still giving me a hard time and wont waive this small $5 fee. horrible."

Heavy Duty
"I am thrilled with my purchase as I have been looking for a good, strong work book bag to carry all my tech and necessities for the day. On rainy days I prefer to use a book bag to keep my hands free but often my prior Herschel book bag that was not water resistant would get wet at times damaging my note pads. This was a great investment."
