"I bought the black one and after a day of use, the bag has full of scratches. I tried to clean it, they won't come off. Very poor quality. I contacted support, they said this is not covered by warranty and it is general wear. Lol. Other crossbody bags from other brands are not like this. I should cover it with a plastic bag then so it won't get scratched when I use it. Ridiculous."
"I immediately loved the Alberni the first time I saw it in the store. The chic minimalist square design and subtle logo were spot on. I’ve been using the Alberni for about five months now. I’ve been very careful with it because I paid full price for it and wanted it to last a long time. Unfortunately, the corners are already developing holes, as the material is rather thin and because it is essentially plastic, the corners are too sharp to hold up over time. I’m so disappointed because I really like the design and this was my first Herschel purchase—but it’s clearly not a forever purse. If you don’t want to waste money, I would not recommend the Alberni :("
