"I ordered this pack a week ahead of my trip but was very disappointed to see that it was shipped via USPS. I have since returned from my trip, and the pack is still in transit with no updates on the tracking for 12 days. I should’ve just ordered from Amazon. com."

"Kaslo Daypack Tech is a very useful and beautifully designed backpack. My primary use is for commuting to and from work. It hold all I need and give me plenty of space for anything extra. Comfortable padded straps and and a bag that stays upright when placed on the floor is important to me and this bag exceeds my expectations."
"After having used the bag for 3 months so far, it has held up great and is small enough to not be cumbersome and protects my laptop. The main downside is that after putting a few things inside in different pockets, everything collects at the very bottom of the bag. There are lots of pockets for tiny things or massive things. But things like wallets, deodorant, headphones, and sunglasses all just collect at the bottom of the bag though in different pockets technically. This makes the bag super bulky at the bottom while the rest is flat and empty. Other bag brands I’ve had like Dakine, have dedicated pockets for these items in easily accessible areas at the top of the bag so you don’t have to go fishing around at the bottom. This keeps them out of the way of the main compartment for larger items that need the full size of the bag. This would have 5 stars easily if they had just made a couple zipper pockets just in the top half of the bag for a wallet and glasses. Herschel get in touch if you want more ideas!"
"Whenever you place your laptop in the designated slot, the padding doesn’t shield it from the bottom. Every time I put my backpack down, I hear my laptop hit the floor. It's a great bag, but over time, I had to replace my MacBook because it kept banging against the floor."
"I really liked the backpack itself, but I ordered the pack in the Moonbeam color, which I thought was an off-white/cream (based on the photos on the website), and when I received the backpack, it was more of a tan/sand color in reality. I returned it since the color was not at all what I envisioned. The return process was very easy."
