"The quality is good but the customer service sucks. I returned the bag and the bag was reached a week ago, and I didn’t get the gift card, so that I could purchase the bigger bag. For the customer service, it will take minimum of 1 hr wait time, which is too much of wait time on a regular day and once I got there, they couldn’t do anything for me."
"I use a 22 litre bag everyday, so i thought a 20L bag would be fine. But there is no way to fit everything I need in this bag. …it comes close, but when I use the two water bottle holders, they eat into the capacity of the bag. I wish they made a 25-26 L version of this bag, cause the larger 30L is too big unfortunately."
