"I really like the Herschel Retreat tote—it’s the perfect shape and size for my needs. The all-black tonal look is clean and simple, and it’s great for carrying my notes and MacBook to the office. However, the bag is pretty flimsy overall. The padded sides for the laptop are too thin, and there’s no support or padding on the bottom. As soon as I put anything inside, the bag sags and loses its shape. The design and proportions are great, but the lack of structure means it doesn’t hold up well when filled. Would love it if Herschel added more support and padding!"
