Terrible experience
"I made the purchase in-store to have the convenience of receiving the product at home. The product was delivered to the wrong address, and customer service told me to go to the post office and open a claim, then inform them. To me, this is absurd. They made the mistake, and now I’m the one who has to fix it. Instead, they should not only give me a partial refund but also send the product to the correct address as soon as possible. The priority should be making sure the customer receives the product they bought, and only after that investigate what happened on the enterprise's own."

Good Looking Bag / Cheap Material
"I have had the bag for a little over a year now, and the Synthetic leather on the front flap of the bag has cracked. I only use the bag to carry my notebooks and my laptop, so I wasn't pushing the bag to its absolute limits and exposing it to Mother Nature. If I could go back in time to change my mind on the purchase, I'd probably buy a North Face backpack, knowing it doesn't have cheap synthetic leather that would last a year max. The good thing about the bag is that it looks aesthetic when it is full, and it has a lot of space / compartments."

5/5 Perfect daypack missing one design
"I loved this bag for the time I have had it from the old 2019 version to this updated edition in 2023, I wanted you guys to know that this backpack is the perfect look I’m going for and how I imagined the little America to look after a redesign and I believe you nailed it all together! the only downside I have towards this bag is no pocket on one of the straps, on my flight back home if there was just a little pocket on the strap I wouldn’t have lost my AirPods at the hotel. I think it would make it even better, I cherish my three year old bag over the kaslo I got for my birthday and I would never buy a different bag, the look it’s just still my favourite item I ever bought! From my experience I think the only thing missing now from the design is a little pocket on the strap to keep your valuable items like headphones or AirPods! If my three year old bag ever breaks I will make sure to buy another because it’s too amazing and I still daily drive it over my newer kaslo pack whenever I want to go on long weekend trips. - Good job you guys!"

A downgrade from previous version
"I previously had bought the 2017 version of little America. I do not like the new way you have to close your bag. It’s difficult to do with one hand, or you want to access your things while walking for example. It seems also this already starts to tear after a week and I don’t expect this to last years. I also miss the two little pockets that were inside the bag, to put little objects. I however appreciate the new pockets on the outside, while I’m always afraid I could lose the stuff I put in it."

Beautiful bag - wish it was a little deeper
"Great bag, so pretty! It holds a good amount but I wish it was a little deeper front to back, a little less narrow. The water bottle holder just *barely* fits my fairly thin water bottle when I shove it down and even then it won’t go all the way down to the bottom of the pocket, which was a bummer."

Great backpack!
"This backpack is a great size, nice quality, and comfortable to wear. I love the tight cinch at the opening and the magnets under the buckles are super strong. My only complaint is the water bottle pockets on the outside are too small for my bigass bottle. My order shipped quickly and I love the detailed photos in the website. Thank you!"
