Love my new bag but

"Love this light weight and durable material and the real leather straps. My other Herschel vegan straps peeled and started to shred worse than my dog. Two complaints about this bag design - my 15” PowerBook is very tight in the laptop pocket second complaint is the newly designed cinch mechanism which is way less intuitive than the previous design which was so fast and efficient. I still haven’t figured out best way to cinch it fast."
