Disappointed!

"First off, I was charged $9. 00 for shipping. I know shipping rates are high but this was stuffed in a plastic mailer. I know the shipping costs for those so I was ripped off on the front end. As far as the bag goes, I guess I expected more as I have a free fanny pack from a baseball game hand out that is better than this expensive one. The material feels like cardboard. Why doesn't the zipper go two ways? If a cheap bag can do it, why can't yours? And probably my fault for not reading the description well enough, but there is only one pocket so my keys and phone can rub together. I'd return this awful thing if I could, but I think it was a final sale. And if it wasn't this seems like the kind of cheap business that would charge me $9. 00 to return it as well as a "restocking fee". I have wanted a Herschel Bag forever. I will never wear this one or buy one again. So disappointed!"

Herschel waist pack

"It's not made of the material that I wanted so I'm disappointed. I don't want to send it back to exchange it for another item since then I'll have to pay for shipping twice. Such a bummer!"

Too long for a belt bag

"I wanted to wear this at the waist, I'm a 6-8 in women's and the strap is just way too long to wear that way, but the dimensions are good. Might be good for mid range and up though! Good bag for the price, but I wouldn't pay over $30 for the quality of this bag, especially the belt and buckle material. Stores a lot for 1L though! I would think it was more."
