"I never received my product. The item was marked delivered however the package is still missing. When I reached out to customer service I was advised to wait an additional 3 days but when I wrote again the reply from the company advised me of the site being down"
"This backpack is the best one I have ever had. It's shoulder straps rest comfortably even when it is fully loaded. The cushy back panel adds to the comfort. It fits everything I need and keeps it organized too. It also looks very sleek and stylish."

"Shipping time was quite fast and the product is very good quality. Unfortunately there is no leather option which I would’ve hoped there was, although this isn’t a luxury backpack this is a minimal tactical backpack. It has a ton of pockets which is great for everyday use, and it also provides a lot of space. the sleeve for the laptop is also very soft and will not scratch it. I would give this a five star view, but it feels like there’s something missing maybe the quality of the material or maybe it’s the Price but overall, this is a really great backpack and it was worth every penny"
