Never received but claimed delivery

"Have not received my package and working with the customer service team. They have been really unhelpful and spin me in circles. Good times are long to reach anyone and they are not available on weekends. They have not refunded me and have not sent email confirmations on the “investigation” they are launching. Customer seems to come last. But in Amazon for quicker delivery and more reliable service and much better price. Ordering from Hershel site is a mistake!"

"I’ve always admired the classic look and simplicity of Herschel backpacks. Now that I have one I appreciate them even more. Plenty of room for all my daily essentials and a pocket for a big water bottle. Should’ve bought one a lot sooner, I love it."

"I personally should’ve done more research but I like bags with more compartments. The front pocket should have a space for me to put my pencils so it doesn’t mix with the other things I put there. Guess it’s time to get a pencil case."

Bummed

"Honest review- this backpack is a replacement. My original (no longer made) had organization in the front small zipper part, two side pockets, and double handle on the top. PERFECT. Customer service gave me a voucher to replace this bag as it fell apart with my usage. This purple bag… falls short, it’s very basic- no double side pockets (one for my phone and pens and another for a water bottle), no organization or small zipper compartments in the front pouch. The backpack is very basic, yes I searched for what I thought would be comparable. The quality seems great, thick, and sturdy. Will give it a try, but keeping my eyes open for a better fit. Also, free shipping over $75 doesn’t apply when shipping to Hawaii. That’s wasn’t great."

Disapointed

"This was my first time purchasing a Herschel Backpack in a few years. The bag looks good but the quality has taking a step back. I was disappointed that the Classic Backpack did not have the Candy Cane Stripes like the previous two bags I owned. So, this will be my last Herschel I will ever purchase unless I find an old school version with the Candy Cane stripes on the inside."

"Definitely not the classic backpack anymore, much thinner material and no longer has the traditional candy stripe interior. But the price reflects that as it’s also no longer near the $100+ mark. Will give it a shot and see how long it lasts"
