"Herschel used to make quality backpacks. The distinctive red-striped lining. High quality material. This one feels like it is cheap vinyl and could rip at any moment. Though I was going to be a customer for life because of their warranty. Definitely not. What a piece of junk."
"I was supposed to receive the backpack between 8/10 to 8/14. . it is 8/16 and I still haven’t received my purchase. I was sent the review email BEFORE even receiving my merchandise. When I contacted them, I was told there was a delay in shipping because they were backed up. I paid for shipping and they can’t even abide by heir own contract. It is false advertisement."
