"Overall it’s great and the pockets are amazing. Only disappointing items were the water bottle pocket elastics not being very giving so it really only holds small water bottles. The iPod pocket in the tap is also so snug it’s not really practical to put them in there. A suggestion would be to have the access for the laptop sleeve be separate from the main zipper pocket so you can easily access just your computer without shuffling other items in the larger space."
"My kid ended up loving the version of the backpack we received, but when I reached out to try to cancel the order initially customer service was incredibly quick and responsive. We’re looking forward to starting the school year with our new Herschel bag and lunchbox."
"Honest review- this backpack is a replacement. My original (no longer made) had organization in the front small zipper part, two side pockets, and double handle on the top. PERFECT. Customer service gave me a voucher to replace this bag as it fell apart with my usage. This purple bag… falls short, it’s very basic- no double side pockets (one for my phone and pens and another for a water bottle), no organization or small zipper compartments in the front pouch. The backpack is very basic, yes I searched for what I thought would be comparable. The quality seems great, thick, and sturdy. Will give it a try, but keeping my eyes open for a better fit. Also, free shipping over $75 doesn’t apply when shipping to Hawaii. That’s wasn’t great."
