"The item didn’t work out because the color was vastly different from what was shown online. Also the return process is annoying because you spend money on shipping and they do not provide a return label which is the least they can do. I gave 3 stars because I do like the brand, and its quality, but they should really revise how they manage returns. It’s just greedy in my opinion."
