"The quality of this bag is that of one bought at 5 below. The zipper gets caught constantly, the size capacity doesn’t seem to be accurate, and it’s already got fraying stitches after 3 uses. Buy something else."
"I never received my order and I contacted customer service SEVERAL times and eventually after telling me the same thing over and over again (processing 1-2 days and shipping 3-5 days even though my order has far exceeded that time frame hence my emails to customer support in the first place) they stopped responding entirely. I have no updates or anything about my order. I now have to look into disputing the charge. Horrible experience. I wish I could say differently I was really looking forward to giving it to my fiancé as it was a gift for him :("
"My son absolutely loves the design. He is obsessed with his new back pack. The only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because of the zipper. It is extremely hard to open and close. We have to pull back the flap to zip and unzip it."
