Great Backpack, sketchy advertising
"First off, the backpack and lunchbox combo is great. My son loves it and can’t wait to bring it to school. The shipping was terrible, took well over 2 weeks to arrive at our door, not putting blame on Herschel, but not acceptable. The biggest issue I had was the fact Herschel sent really cool promotional boxes to influencers as they performed unboxing shorts of the product. It was a trick for me to buy the combo so my son had the cool blue Lego box to open. Well that didn’t happen. It came in the shipping box and that was it. I reached out to customer service and they basically ‘sorry not sorry’. So for any of you that saw it on Facebook or TikTok or any other platform, buyer beware that isn’t included."
