Product never received, poor customer service
"I'd love to be able to review this product but after multiple issues with shipping and delivery, it never arrived. Herschel customer service was very poor and did nothing to resolve the issue. Found a different product from a different company that was delivered promptly and without issue. Will not attempt to purchase Herschel products in the future."
