"Not a fan of the look of this bag, which is very "junior office drone", and the straps look cheap. It's also huge (and the other size is too small) - the photos on the website should show it with a couple of different size humans to give a better idea. Have not used it yet so can't speak to performance, just commenting that for $90 it would be nice if it were more appealing to look at and less of a behemoth."

"Features are false advertising, this bag does not fit a 16 inch laptop, barely fits a 15 inch laptop, will be returning. It also claims there are multiple organizational pockets inside the bag but there are only 2 elastic pockets very unhappy about this as I am a long time Herschel customer."
"I hate this messenger bag so much and I paid full price for it. I loved my Herschel backpack and I should have just bought another one but I decided I’d be a grown up and get a more professional bag. The shape and size of this bag makes it very awkward and I can’t even fit my laptop in the pocket. It’s stiff and the strap is uncomfortable - digs in even with a minimal amount of stuff in it. I so wish I had the backpack instead but I’m stubborn and will continue to use this bag as I paid $80 for it. Sorry …… I love your product …. . just not this one."
