"I bought this product almost 2 years ago, it has held up since then but zipper occasionally has gotten stuck, the zipper teeth broke and it makes it very hard to open, the zipper is not the best quality, but overall the bag is ok"

"I am not satisfied with the product. The pattern is deformed, and I don’t understand how it passed quality control; it even appears to be counterfeit. I have attached photos of the product. The size is a bit too large for a 14" MacBook Pro. I sent an email to customer service five days ago and haven’t received any response. I also requested a return, but nobody seems to be on the other side."
