"Not sure why it takes days to respond to multiple emails. I got so frustrated I just returned and payed the $5. 00 instead of exchanging for the bag I wanted. I ended up buying another brands bag because of back and forth with customer service. Finally they responded to the last email after back and forth but by that time I was over it. I’m a longtime loyal customer and have bought multiple bags and accessories for years for me and my family. Unfortunately if they would of just responded with a answer in a timely fashion at least by the second email I would of just exchanged for the big bag"
