"Looks great, size is accurate. Quality is very good. My only issue is that the opening at the top is small and makes it difficult to pack, see and access things in the bag. The sides fall in and it doesn’t stay open well. If the zipper went down the ends a bit it would help. Or if there was more stiffness/structure to the opening it would also help. Otherwise it works well as a gym bag for me."

"Negative review due to receiving an incomplete order. As stated, my order was shipped without the cross body strap and arrived a day before I was leaving to travel. I received a small refund to rectify their mistake. The bag is smaller than I had expected, and certainly more cumbersome to maneuver without the aforementioned strap."

"The product was listed in my niece's wedding registry. I clicked on it in her registry but your site never came up - so I could not order it with a message to her. I bought another item from her registry and the process was smooth - the vendor site came up, I could include a gift message and the product was delivered promptly. For your item, I had to go to your site through google, and you site offered no option to include a message with the purchase. And then, your delivery was totally sloppy. The package was sent to to the wrong site and took a long time before it was delivered. All in all, poor performance on your part."

"I want to love this duffel but does not stay on the “carry on” suitcase, which I envisioned it would as it has the same name. If the duffel is too top heavy, which is easy to do, the bag will sling around and fall over. The elastic is obviously too weak and will stretch easily. I’m bummed."
